80mm Celotex GA4080 multi-purpose insulation board helps to keep comfortability levels high whilst keeping energy bills low.
Celotex GA4080 boards are manufactured from tough polyisocyanurate (PIR) using a perfect mix of certain blowing agents which acquires zero ozone depletion potential (zero ODP) and a low global warming impact (GWP), making this general application insulation board the perfect choice for the eco-conscious.
80mm Celotex GA4080 thermal insulation solution is suitable for floor, wall, and roof applications.
The most popular Celotex PIR general application insulation board in our range is 2400mm long and 1200mm wide.
These high-performance 2.4m x 1.2m PIR boards feature low-emissivity foil facings that give improved thermal insulation performance in sealed cavity air spaces, improving the thermal envelope of your home with an impressive thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK.
Not only that, but they also offer excellent water vapour resistance and a reasonable compressive strength of 140kPa.

80mm Celotex GA4080 PIR Insulation Board Applications
This BBA certified PIR insulation board is suitable for roof, floor, and wall applications.
Equipped with an innovative low emissivity foil facing and manufactured from rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR), the boards are easy to cut and shape for application in pitched roofs, solid masonry walls, partition walls, timber frames, and steel-framed systems, specifically timber frame internal linings, solid masonry internal linings and between timber joists.
It can also be used as floor insulation in solid floor systems such as screed and concrete slab floors, and as loft insulation between timber rafters.
80mm Celotex GA4080 is suitable for the following applications:
