Product Description

Reduce annual heating bills whilst cutting your carbon footprint with Celotex Insulation XR4150; the 'XR' of which means 'Extra Resistance'. XR4150 Celotex Insulation boards are made from an expanded Polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation foam with a foil facing on either side, using a blend of blowing agents that have zero ozone depletion potential (zero ODP) and low global warming potential (GWP).

With a low thermal conductivity of just 0.022 W/m.K, Celotex XR4150 delivers optimum thermal performance, preventing heat loss with minimal thickness whilst meeting the current and future requirements of Building Regulations. What's more, Celotex XR4150 is certified by the BBA for use in a number of applications including roof, wall and floor systems.

150mm Celotex XR4150 is suitable for ‘cut-to-fit- applications between joists and rafters. This enables you to achieve lower U-values with just a single layer of insulation. Celotex XR4150 is a highly versatile multi-purpose insulation board ideal for various applications including pitched roofs, solid floors, solid masonry walls, timber frames and steel frames. The XR4150 is produced to the highest manufacturing standards and has a BBA (British Board of Agrement) certificate as fit for use in defined solid roof, wall and floor applications.

150mm XR4150 Celotex Insulation Storage & Handling

Celotex XR4000 PIR insulation boards are lightweight and easy to handle. If you need to store 150mm Celotex boards for a while before installation, you should choose a cool, dry space. 2.4m x 1.2m insulation boards are not for external use, and therefore they should not be left outside for extended periods of time or allowed to get wet.
