Product Overview

Moisture resistant MDF board, measuring 12mm thick and sized 2440mm x 1220mm (8' x 4'). This high-density engineered panel is designed for interior environments exposed to humidity, such as kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry rooms.

Manufactured with moisture-repellent resins, the board provides improved performance compared with standard MDF, resisting swelling and distortion in humid conditions. Its uniform composition ensures clean machining, making it suitable for CNC routing and bespoke joinery.

The smooth surfaces accept paint, laminate, or veneer for decorative finishes.

  • Smooth finish: Sanded surfaces ready for paint, veneer, or laminate.
  • Reliable machining: Consistent fibre structure cuts cleanly with hand tools or CNC.
  • Stable construction: Resists warping and swelling in humid areas.
  • Cost-efficient: Affordable option for humidity-prone interior projects.
  • Large sheet size: 2440mm x 1220mm format for broad coverage.
  • Nominal thickness 12mm: Balanced weight and strength for versatile use.
