Product Overview
Standard moisture-resistant plasterboard sheet, measuring 2400 × 1200mm with a 15mm tapered edge, for use in kitchens, bathrooms, and utility rooms where humidity is present.
Featuring an aerated gypsum core reinforced with silicone additives to reduce water absorption, the board is finished with durable green liners that provide strength, stability, and clear on-site identification of moisture resistance.
The tapered edge profile creates a shallow recess at board joints, designed to accommodate tape and jointing compound. Once filled and finished, the surface becomes seamless and ready for direct decoration.
Standard dimensions reduce the number of joints required across walls and ceilings, improving installation efficiency while maintaining dependable performance in partition and lining systems.
At 15mm thick, the board delivers greater rigidity and impact resistance, offering a robust lining solution for moisture-prone areas subject to higher levels of wear and tear.
Features & Benefits
- Tapered edge profile: Allows joint compound and tape to sit flush with the board, avoiding raised seams.
- Ivory paper face: Provides a clean, neutral base for paint, wallpaper, or plaster.
- Lightweight gypsum core: Simplifies lifting, cutting, and fixing.
- Ideal for ceilings: Reduced weight makes overhead work less demanding.
- Made by Knauf Drywall: Backed by quality and compliance standards.
- Standard 2400mm x 1200mm size: Fits common framing/grid systems.
- 15mm thickness: Stronger, heavier-duty board suited to demanding moisture-sensitive applications.
Applications

- Bathrooms and kitchens: Reliable moisture resistance in tiled or decorated finishes.
- Utility and plant rooms: Suitable for damp-prone service areas.
- Ceilings: Added rigidity reduces sagging across larger spans.
Installation Guidance
- Fix with staggered joints: Improves strength and reduces cracking.
- Cut by scoring and snapping: Ensures accurate sizing.
- Store flat in a dry space: Prevents moisture damage and warping.
Compliance & Performance
- Manufactured in accordance with ISO 14001: Meets environmental standards.

How delivery works
We work with a nationwide network of trusted suppliers. Items in your basket may be supplied by different suppliers and delivered separately. Where this applies, you will see delivery charges shown at checkout for each part of your order. We always aim to group products from the same supplier to keep delivery costs as low as possible.
Delivery areas
Delivery charges apply to mainland UK, excluding: AB, CA, CF, DD, DG, EH, EX, FK, KA, KW, KY, IV, LA, LD, LL, ML, NP, PA, PH, PL, SA, SY, TR, TQ and TD.
If your address is in one of these areas, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm any additional costs. We do not currently offer delivery outside the UK mainland.
What to expect on delivery day
- Deliveries are typically kerbside.
- Please ensure someone is on-site to accept delivery. For heavier items, help with offloading may be required.
- Many building materials arrive on large vehicles. If access is restricted, a specialist vehicle such as a HIAB may be required and could incur an additional charge.
Why delivery can cost more than typical parcel delivery
Building materials often travel on larger vehicles and usually carry fewer drops per run than parcel networks. That is why delivery charges can be higher than standard e-commerce shipping.
Returns
Returns depend on what you have bought and whether there is anything wrong with it. For full details on eligibility, timeframes, and exclusions, please see our full policy.
