Foil-backed vapour-control plasterboard sheet, measuring 1800 × 900mm with a 12.5mm square edge, for use in partitions, linings, and ceilings where condensation risk needs to be managed.

Features an aerated gypsum core finished with a metallised foil backing, creating a built-in vapour barrier that reduces moisture transfer through walls and ceilings. This helps control condensation, minimises the risk of mould growth, and supports thermal efficiency in kitchens, bathrooms, and utility areas.


The square edge profile allows boards to butt cleanly together without a recess, making it suited to textured finishes, direct decoration, or traditional jointing and plaster skim methods.

Smaller dimensions improve manoeuvrability on site, particularly in confined spaces or where access is limited, while still providing the same dependable performance as full-size boards.

At 12.5mm thick, the board provides the industry-standard depth for drylining, combining structural stability with integrated vapour control to manage condensation risks.
