75mm Kingspan Kooltherm K110 Soffit Board is a premium performance insulation board for installation in structural ceilings. Frequently used in commercial applications, such as car parks, it is perfect for both new build and refurbishment projects.
The Kooltherm K110 insulation boards are made up of a fibre free rigid thermoset phenolic core, with a glass tissue based facing on one side and low emissivity composite foil on the reverse surface. They have a thermal conductivity of 0.018 W/mK, which is the best on the market.
The boards are manufactured with a blowing agent that has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and low Global Warming Potential (GWP). These Kingspan K110 soffit boards are FM approved to a Class 1 fire rating under Class Number 4880. They come in 2400mm x 1200mm boards, and are lightweight and rigid.
This makes them quick and easy to install, which is important given that they must be fixed in place overhead.

- Place a ruler on the insulation and cut a shallow line with a utility knife.
- Use the shallow cut as a reference for your fine-toothed saw.
- Make a clean, concise cut that breaks through to the other side of the insulation.
K110 Soffit Board Fire Rating
One of the most common concerns customers have is how flammable certain materials are. The 75mm Kingspan K110 Soffit Board has been tested within the FM 4880 approval standard, which assesses the fire performance of building panels. K110 reaches Class 1, which means that it has very limited fire spread and fuel contribution in the event of a fire.
