Rockwool RW3 40mm Acoustic Sound Insulation Slab (10.8m2/Pack) offers a high-performance solution for soundproofing and fire safety in homes.
These semi-rigid, resin-bonded rock mineral wool slabs are ideal for maintaining privacy by reducing sound transmission.
They boast a Euroclass A1 rating, indicating top-tier fire resistance and minimal fire spread. With a thermal conductivity of 0.034 W/mK, these 40mm slabs also enhance thermal insulation, suitable for walls, floors, and ceilings.
Each 40mm slab measures 1200mm x 600mm and is designed for various applications, including interior walls, floors, ceilings, acoustic panels, and I-joist partitions. The RW3 40mm slabs are rot-resistant, water repellent, and maintain their high performance over time. They are environmentally friendly with low Global Warming Potential (GWP) and Zero Ozone Depleting Potential (ODP).
