In compliance with BS1230 Type 5 and BS EN 520 Types D and F, these lightweight boards are heavyweights at reducing flame spread.
With an easy-to-identify pink front and a grey paper back, the boards also boast a handy tapered edge, meaning they are suitable for both jointing and skimming.

15mm Siniat GTEC Fire Board Tapered Edge Plasterboard Superior Fire Resistance
When fire safety really has to count, fire-rated plasterboard can make a huge difference to the survival chances of those inside when the fire breaks out.
These 2400mm x 1200mm x 15mm boards boast an impressive Euroclass rating of A2-s1, which means they are non-combustible. When you compare this withthe opposite end of the Euroclass scale, (F rating which is easily flammable), it becomes apparent how effective GTEC Fire Board is at resisting fire.

GTEC Fire Board can be jointed and finished with GTEC Jointing systems. Prior to decorating, GTEC Fire Board should be primed with GTEC Universal Sealer and is suitable for gypsum plasters (manufactured to BS EN13279-1:2008).

What to expect on delivery day
Deliveries are typically kerbside.
Please ensure someone is on-site to accept delivery. For heavier items, help with offloading may be required.
Many building materials arrive on large vehicles. If access is restricted, a specialist vehicle such as a HIAB may be required and could incur an additional charge.
Why delivery can cost more than typical parcel delivery
Building materials often travel on larger vehicles and usually carry fewer drops per run than parcel networks. That is why delivery charges can be higher than standard e-commerce shipping.
