How delivery works
We work with a nationwide network of trusted suppliers. Items in your basket may be supplied by different suppliers and delivered separately. Where this applies, you will see delivery charges shown at checkout for each part of your order. We always aim to group products from the same supplier to keep delivery costs as low as possible.
Delivery areas
Delivery charges apply to mainland UK, excluding: AB, CA, CF, DD, DG, EH, EX, FK, KA, KW, KY, IV, LA, LD, LL, ML, NP, PA, PH, PL, SA, SY, TR, TQ and TD.
If your address is in one of these areas, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm any additional costs. We do not currently offer delivery outside the UK mainland.
What to expect on delivery day
- Deliveries are typically kerbside.
- Please ensure someone is on-site to accept delivery. For heavier items, help with offloading may be required.
- Many building materials arrive on large vehicles. If access is restricted, a specialist vehicle such as a HIAB may be required and could incur an additional charge.
Why delivery can cost more than typical parcel delivery
Building materials often travel on larger vehicles and usually carry fewer drops per run than parcel networks. That is why delivery charges can be higher than standard e-commerce shipping.
Returns
Returns depend on what you have bought and whether there is anything wrong with it. For full details on eligibility, timeframes, and exclusions, please see our full policy.

Product Overview
Kingspan Kooltherm K107 Pitched Roof Insulation Board in a 120mm thickness provides premium thermal performance for tiled or slated pitched warm roof constructions.
The fibre-free phenolic core achieves a low thermal conductivity of 0.018 W/m·K, supporting strong energy control within rafter-level and joist-level pitched roof systems. Both faces of the board are finished with a low-emissivity composite foil, enhancing thermal performance when installed adjacent to an air space.
Its closed-cell phenolic structure remains unaffected by air infiltration and resists the passage of water vapour, maintaining stable performance within the roof build-up. A lightweight design allows efficient handling, accurate cutting, and straightforward installation across both new-build and refurbishment projects.
The material is non-deleterious and manufactured using a zero-ODP, low-GWP blowing agent for responsible specification.
The board supports improved thermal detailing around rafters and junctions, contributing to reduced heat loss in warm roof assemblies. Certification under responsible-sourcing standards ensures suitability for modern, low-energy construction practices.
Manufactured with a 120mm thickness, it provides an extended-depth insulation option suited to warm roofs requiring very low U-value performance.
Features & Benefits
- Premium phenolic insulation: Provides a high-performance thermoset phenolic core for efficient pitched roof insulation.
- Low thermal conductivity: Achieves a thermal conductivity of 0.018 W/m·K for improved warm roof energy retention.
- Composite foil facing: Low-emissivity foil facings support enhanced thermal performance when installed adjacent to an air space.
- Air infiltration resistance: Closed-cell formulation remains unaffected by air movement within the roof structure.
- Water vapour resistance: Provides reliable resistance to water vapour passage for stable long-term performance.
- Easy installation: Lightweight and simple to cut for accurate detailing between rafters and joists.
- Durable composition: Non-deleterious material offering dependable long-term service when correctly installed.
- Sustainable manufacture: Produced using a zero-ODP, low-GWP blowing agent for responsible insulation specification.
- Warm roof suitability: Designed for tiled or slated pitched roofs using warm roof construction methods.
- Thickness specification: 120mm thickness suited to extended rafter depths and installations requiring very high thermal performance.
Applications
- Warm pitched roofs: Suitable for insulation beneath tiled or slated pitched roof coverings.
- Rafter-level insulation: Appropriate for installation between or beneath rafters in warm roof build-ups.
- Joist-level applications: Suitable for pitched roof areas requiring insulation positioned at joist level.
- Refurbishment projects: Effective in upgrade work where limiting additional roof depth is required.
Installation Guidance
- Rafter preparation: Ensure rafters or joists are clean, structurally sound, and spaced to suit the board dimensions.
- Board placement: Fit boards flush against rafters or supporting members, securing tight joints to reduce thermal gaps.
- Layer integration: Combine with other insulation layers as required to achieve design U-values in warm roof assemblies.
- Vapour control: Install vapour control layers according to roof design and regulatory requirements.
- Cutting and shaping: Trim boards accurately with a fine-toothed saw for precise detailing at junctions and edges.
Compliance & Performance
- Material specification: Fibre-free rigid thermoset phenolic core with low-emissivity composite foil facings.
- Thermal performance: Thermal conductivity of 0.018 W/m·K for high-efficiency roof insulation design.
- Environmental management: Manufactured under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BS OHSAS 18001, and ISO 50001 systems.
- Responsible sourcing: Produced to BES 6001 ‘Excellent’ responsible sourcing certification.
- Vapour considerations: Provides resistance to water vapour movement within the pitched roof assembly.
- Durability: Long service life when properly installed within a protected warm roof system.
- Important note: Handle with standard PPE, avoid solvent-based adhesives containing MEK, and ensure boards remain protected from harsh solvents before installation.
