Storage & Handling
- Store slabs indoors, in a dry and well-ventilated area, to prevent moisture absorption.
- Keep slabs off the ground by storing them on pallets or timber supports to avoid damage.
- Protect insulation from direct sunlight, rain, and extreme temperature fluctuations.
- Handle slabs with care to maintain their shape and effectiveness - avoid excessive compression.
- Use gloves and long sleeves when handling to prevent irritation from mineral wool fibres.
- Cut slabs easily with a serrated knife or insulation saw for a precise fit.
- Minimise dust by cutting in a well-ventilated area and using a dust mask if necessary.

Fantastic product. When it came to adding these in between the studwork, they were simple to fit into place and then to cut I used a bread knife, as I didn't have a drywall knife - the slabs are like you are cutting bread! The RWA45 slabs have helped reduce noise between rooms since I've installed and I would recommend buying them.
