Installation Guidance
Acclimatise the boards: Store panels flat in the room of installation for 48 hours to equalise moisture content with the surrounding environment.
Check joist spacing: Ensure joists are level and spaced at maximum 600mm centres for 22mm boards to prevent excessive deflection under load.
Apply joint adhesive: Run a continuous bead of D3 or D4 grade moisture-resistant PVA glue along both the tongue and the groove to create a silent, waterproof bond.
