What's a home without warmth? With Celotex CW4075 Cavity Wall Insulation Board you can expect to see a reduction in your home's heat loss and energy bills. Comprised of a PIR core sandwiched between low emissivity foil facings on both sides, these boards have a thermal conductivity of just 0.022 W/mK.

This high-performance polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation board is a partial fill insulation solution for masonry cavity walls. These cavity insulation batts fit snugly in between cavity wall ties, and are perfect for use in new builds and extensions with a masonry cavity wall construction.

Celotex CW4000 is a high-performance BBA certified solution and is the leading brand in the market for PIR cavity wall insulation. Sized at 1200mm x 450mm, these 75mm boards are rigid, lightweight and easy to handle and install.

75mm Cavity Wall Insulation Applications

Celotex CW4075 is an insulation board aimed specifically at partial fill cavity wall applications. As a high-performance insulation board featuring low emissivity foil facings, Celotex CW4075 offers enhanced thermal performance when compared to typical PIR products.

These partial fill cavity batts are sized at 1200mm x 450mm to suit standard wall tie spacings and provide a closed joint with adjacent boards.

75mm Celotex Cavity Wall Insulation Board Product Specifications

Homeowners lose over a third of the heat in their homes through the walls. By investing in partial-fill 75mm Celotex cavity wall insulation, you can reduce your energy bills and keep your home warmer for longer. It is a closed-cell, water repellent insulation board meaning not only will the boards provide weather-tight protection but moisture won't compromise insulation performance.

It is made from PIR (rigid polyisocyanurate), which has a thermal conductivity value of 0.022 W/mK. PIR is a good choice for homeowners who want to protect their homes from the elements and prevent air movement and heat loss in vulnerable exposure zones. PIR insulation promises durability and excellent thermal protection, better than that of most other building materials.

Let's check the specs:

  • Flanked by low emissivity foil facings on either side for improved thermal insulation performance in cavity air spaces

  • Board: 1200 x 450

75mm Cavity Insulation Certifications

Celotex CW4075 is comprised of a PIR core and foil facings on either side. PIR is one of the most popular insulation materials on the market because it delivers excellent thermal protection at an affordable price.

Let's check the certifications:

  • Spread of flame: fire classification of Class E
  • Thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/m.K, reducing the thickness of insulation required to hit the target U-value - BS EN 12667
  • BRE Green Guide Rating of A for sustainability - which can assist in demonstrating environmental performance in your BREEAM assessments
  • BBA certified

Celotex CW4000 insulation boards deliver thinner solutions that meet target U-values as required by Building Regulations.
