The board is faced on both sides with a durable glass-tissue layer autohesively bonded to the core, providing a stable surface compatible with common floor build-ups. Its closed-cell structure resists air infiltration and water vapour passage, ensuring consistent long-term performance within the floor assembly.

A minimum compressive strength of 120 kPa at 10% compression accommodates typical domestic and commercial floor loading when used beneath unreinforced screeds.
