For general roof ventilation, vents should be spaced every 1 metre to achieve the full 6,000mm² airflow. Alternatively, for applications requiring 5,000mm², spacing can be extended to every 2 metres.

- To ensure a secure fit, the roof membrane must be cut to allow the vent to penetrate into the roof space. The membrane should then be folded back over the top batten to cover the vent installation.
- For connecting the vent to soil and ventilation pipes or mechanical extraction systems, it is recommended to use the ULTI3PTVA adaptor and ULTI3FP flexi-pipe.
- For 6,000mm² airflow, the spacing is recommended at every 1 metre.
- For 5,000mm² airflow, the spacing should be every 2 metres.
