The Ulti-Mate Flat Vent Brown is a high-performance roof ventilation solution engineered specifically for use with concrete interlocking roof tiles. As part of the Ulti-Line Tile Flat Vent range, this vent tile provides precise and efficient ventilation while seamlessly integrating into roofs with a minimum pitch of 20°. Tested independently by the Building Research Establishment (BRE), it provides airflow of 10,000mm² at eaves and 5,000mm² at the ridge, meeting BS5250 roof ventilation standards.
Its primary function is to support moisture management and temperature regulation within the roof space, both of which are vital for preserving the structural integrity of the roof and the overall building.
The built-in downpipe ensures direct ventilation into the roof space, and no adaptor is required when used with Flexi-Pipe ULTI3FP for mechanical extraction or soil and ventilation pipes.
