What is Klober 10K Slate Vent Grey?
Klober 10K Slate Vent is a low-profile ventilation solution that delivers an impressive 10,000mm² of airflow in man-made fibre cement and natural slate rooflines. Equipped with a rear oval spigot, the vent maximises airflow in the roof space, optimising ventilation while preventing debris build-up and blocking bird and insect entry.
To add to its convenience, the vent is clearly and conveniently marked for cutting to accommodate double lap slate sizes: 600mm x 300mm (24” x 12”) and 500mm x 250mm (20” x 10”). Suitable for roofs with a pitch of 20° or more, it serves as a preventative measure against damp, mould, and condensation buildup in new builds and re-roofing projects.
As well as providing ventilation at high or low levels, the vent can be adapted for soil ventilation or mechanical extraction with a separate adaptor. Fully compliant with building regulations and British standards, it is a reliable and practical choice for maintaining a well-ventilated roof space.
