How delivery works

We work with a nationwide network of trusted suppliers. Items in your basket may be supplied by different suppliers and delivered separately. Where this applies, you will see delivery charges shown at checkout for each part of your order. We always aim to group products from the same supplier to keep delivery costs as low as possible.

Delivery areas

Delivery charges apply to mainland UK, excluding: AB, CA, CF, DD, DG, EH, EX, FK, KA, KW, KY, IV, LA, LD, LL, ML, NP, PA, PH, PL, SA, SY, TR, TQ and TD.

If your address is in one of these areas, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm any additional costs. We do not currently offer delivery outside the UK mainland.

What to expect on delivery day

  • Deliveries are typically kerbside.
  • Please ensure someone is on-site to accept delivery. For heavier items, help with offloading may be required.
  • Many building materials arrive on large vehicles. If access is restricted, a specialist vehicle such as a HIAB may be required and could incur an additional charge.

Why delivery can cost more than typical parcel delivery

Building materials often travel on larger vehicles and usually carry fewer drops per run than parcel networks. That is why delivery charges can be higher than standard e-commerce shipping.

Returns

Returns depend on what you have bought and whether there is anything wrong with it. For full details on eligibility, timeframes, and exclusions, please see our full policy.

What Is 62.5mm EcoTherm?

62.5mm EcoTherm Eco-Liner plasterboards are designed to streamline your insulation project. The 2-in-1 nature of the boards merges the thermal benefits of PIR (polyisocyanurate) with the structural benefits of plasterboard drylining.

The boards comprise a fibre-free rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation core bonded to 12.5mm tapered edge gypsum plasterboard using proprietary gypsum adhesive.

62.5mm EcoTherm Eco-Liner Insulated Plasterboard is suitable for internal wall insulation for solid, cavity or timber frame walls in both new build and existing properties.

Eco-Liner is suitable for both adhesive dot and dab application or mechanically fixed systems and ideal for refurbishing existing walls to a higher thermal performance.

Where Is 62.5mm EcoTherm Eco-Liner Used?

  • Walls - solid, cavity or timber frame walls
  • Room-in-the-roof applications
  • Pitched roofs/Cold flat roofs
  • Both new build and renovations

62.5mm EcoTherm Eco-Liner Specifications

62.5mm EcoTherm Eco-liner comprises a robust PIR fibre-free insulation core bonded to 12.5mm tapered edge gypsum plasterboard; the ivory face of which enables a flat seamless finish using either skim coat plaster or seamless drywall jointing techniques (by manufacturer’s guidance).

With an impressively low thermal conductivity value of 0.022 W/mK, you can be sure that EcoTherm will do a marvellous job of upgrading the thermal performance of existing walls.

The boards also respond quickly to heating systems whilst providing a cost-effective means of reducing CO2 emissions for compliance with Building Regulations.

Let's check the specs:

  • Zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and low Global Warming Potential (GWP)
  • Thermal conductivity: 0.022 W/mK
  • Suitable for both direct bonding (‘dot and dab’) and mechanically fixed installation techniques
  • Features an integral vapour control layer
  • Combines insulation & drylining
  • BBA certified
  • Compressive Strength: 140kPa
  • Fire Performance: Class 0 as defined by the Building Regulations

62.5mm EcoTherm Eco-Liner Certifications

EcoTherm Eco-Liner Storage

It is essential that you keep your EcoTherm boards off the ground and under a cover on a dry, level surface.

Ensure they are kept in a well-ventilated area and protected from rain, snow and prolonged exposure to sunlight - storing them indoors, where possible.

If the boards do end up getting wet they cannot be used - so be extra careful.
