How delivery works
We work with a nationwide network of trusted suppliers. Items in your basket may be supplied by different suppliers and delivered separately. Where this applies, you will see delivery charges shown at checkout for each part of your order. We always aim to group products from the same supplier to keep delivery costs as low as possible.
Delivery areas
Delivery charges apply to mainland UK, excluding: AB, CA, CF, DD, DG, EH, EX, FK, KA, KW, KY, IV, LA, LD, LL, ML, NP, PA, PH, PL, SA, SY, TR, TQ and TD.
If your address is in one of these areas, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm any additional costs. We do not currently offer delivery outside the UK mainland.
What to expect on delivery day
- Deliveries are typically kerbside.
- Please ensure someone is on-site to accept delivery. For heavier items, help with offloading may be required.
- Many building materials arrive on large vehicles. If access is restricted, a specialist vehicle such as a HIAB may be required and could incur an additional charge.
Why delivery can cost more than typical parcel delivery
Building materials often travel on larger vehicles and usually carry fewer drops per run than parcel networks. That is why delivery charges can be higher than standard e-commerce shipping.
Returns
Returns depend on what you have bought and whether there is anything wrong with it. For full details on eligibility, timeframes, and exclusions, please see our full policy.

Product Overview
Purchasing 100mm Celcon H+H Standard Grade Plain Face 3.6N Blocks in bulk ensures your construction projects run smoothly and cost-effectively. When you choose packs of 120:
- Better value for money - Buying larger quantities reduces the cost per block, giving you a stronger return on investment.
- Less risk of damage - Bulk packs are securely stacked and delivered, minimising the chances of individual blocks breaking in transit.
- Lower overall costs - Ordering small amounts regularly often means extra surcharges and higher transport fees. Stocking up avoids this.
Features & Benefits
- Maximises efficiency & productivity: Keeps workers supplied with reliable blocks, cutting downtime on site.
- Consistency across projects: Ensures every section of your build uses the same grade and quality of block.
- Avoids delays: With a ready supply on hand, you won’t be held back by lead times or last-minute shortages.
- More profitable: Bulk purchases offer more competitive pricing than smaller repeat orders.
- Saves time on site: Having blocks ready to go speeds up the build process, making life easier for the whole team.
Applications
- Cavity walls external leaf below DPC: Suitable for supporting wall assemblies in below-ground conditions.
- Cavity walls external leaf above DPC: Provides structural strength and thermal protection for the external building envelope.
- Cavity walls inner leaf above DPC: Delivers load-bearing support for internal structures above the damp-proof course.
- Cavity walls inner leaf below DPC: Maintains structural integrity for foundation-level masonry requirements.

- Mortar application: Use thin-joint or traditional mortar to secure blocks, ensuring a strong bond and minimised cold bridging.
- Jointing: Stagger all vertical joints across subsequent courses to distribute loads effectively and prevent cracking.
- Alignment: Use appropriate levelling tools during installation to maintain consistent wall plumb and finish.
Compliance & Performance
- Compressive strength (3.6N/mm²): Fully compliant with design requirements for low-rise structural walling.
- Service class: Rated for both internal and external masonry applications above ground level.
- Finishing: Engineered with a texture that provides an excellent key for the application of standard renders and plasters.
- Pallet Charge: A pallet will incur a refundable pallet charge. Our customer service team will confirm if this applies to your order.
