How delivery works
We work with a nationwide network of trusted suppliers. Items in your basket may be supplied by different suppliers and delivered separately. Where this applies, you will see delivery charges shown at checkout for each part of your order. We always aim to group products from the same supplier to keep delivery costs as low as possible.
Delivery areas
Delivery charges apply to mainland UK, excluding: AB, CA, CF, DD, DG, EH, EX, FK, KA, KW, KY, IV, LA, LD, LL, ML, NP, PA, PH, PL, SA, SY, TR, TQ and TD.
If your address is in one of these areas, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm any additional costs. We do not currently offer delivery outside the UK mainland.
What to expect on delivery day
- Deliveries are typically kerbside.
- Please ensure someone is on-site to accept delivery. For heavier items, help with offloading may be required.
- Many building materials arrive on large vehicles. If access is restricted, a specialist vehicle such as a HIAB may be required and could incur an additional charge.
Why delivery can cost more than typical parcel delivery
Building materials often travel on larger vehicles and usually carry fewer drops per run than parcel networks. That is why delivery charges can be higher than standard e-commerce shipping.
Returns
Returns depend on what you have bought and whether there is anything wrong with it. For full details on eligibility, timeframes, and exclusions, please see our full policy.

Product Overview
Soudal Flexible Expanding Foam Gun Grade supplied in a 750ml canister. A one-component polyurethane foam designed for precision application using a foam gun system.
This flexible foam provides long-lasting elasticity and recovery, allowing it to withstand continuous vibration, joint movement, or thermal expansion without cracking or losing seal integrity.
It adheres strongly to most construction materials, including concrete, brick, metal, wood, and plastics, maintaining a reliable bond even under dynamic load.
The product’s low post-expansion rate ensures accurate dosing and reduced material waste, with controlled expansion directly from the gun. It also delivers high thermal and acoustic insulation performance, contributing to reduced energy transfer and improved sound dampening in structural assemblies.
Formulated with environmentally responsible, CFC-free propellants, it provides safe application without releasing ozone-depleting substances.
The gun-grade configuration ensures precise, one-handed control for both professional and maintenance use, enabling clean, consistent joints and cavity fills with minimal excess.
Features & Benefits
- Gun-grade formulation: Designed for use with foam applicator guns to ensure controlled, precise, and efficient dispensing.
- Elastic recovery: Maintains flexibility after curing, accommodating movement, vibration, or joint expansion without cracking or delamination.
- Superior adhesion: Bonds effectively to most common substrates such as concrete, timber, metals, and plastics, forming a durable, airtight seal.
- Low post-expansion: Minimal expansion after application, delivering accurate bead control and reducing waste from overfill.
- Thermal and acoustic insulation: Provides heat retention and sound-dampening properties, improving comfort and energy performance.
- Environmentally safe propellant: Uses CFC-free gas for propulsion, avoiding ozone-depleting emissions during application.
- Canister size – 750ml: Delivers ample volume for extended professional use while maintaining lightweight handling and consistent flow.
Applications
- Expanding joints and frame sealing: Used for flexible sealing around window and doorframes where movement occurs.
- Cavity filling and insulation bonding: Fills voids and connects insulation materials with minimal stress on surrounding structures.
- Soundproofing and noise reduction: Creates vibration-resistant seals that reduce airborne and structural sound transmission.
- Impact and shock damping: Provides resilience in assemblies subject to vibration or mechanical movement.
- Thermal insulation enhancement: Improves heat retention in roof, wall, heating, and cooling installations.
Installation Guidance
- Surface preparation: Ensure all substrates are clean, dry, and free from oil, dust, or loose particles before application.
- Gun setup: Attach the canister securely to the foam gun, adjusting the flow rate to achieve the desired bead size.
- Application control: Apply the foam from the bottom upward, allowing controlled expansion and accurate joint filling.
- Curing time: Allow adequate time for full curing before trimming or finishing; typical curing depends on humidity and temperature.
- Storage and handling: Store upright in a cool, dry place; avoid direct sunlight or temperatures above 50°C.
Compliance & Performance
- Material composition: One-component polyurethane foam propelled by CFC-free gas.
- Elastic recovery: Retains flexibility and shape after repeated joint movement.
- Adhesion performance: Tested on mineral, metallic, and polymeric surfaces for stable bonding.
- Thermal resistance: Provides strong insulation with minimal expansion under temperature variation.
- Environmental compliance: Free from ozone-depleting substances in accordance with environmental standards.
- Important note: Always wear protective gloves and eye protection when applying; ensure adequate ventilation during use.
