What to expect on delivery day
- Deliveries are typically kerbside.
- Please ensure someone is on-site to accept delivery. For heavier items, help with offloading may be required.
- Many building materials arrive on large vehicles. If access is restricted, a specialist vehicle such as a HIAB may be required and could incur an additional charge.
Why delivery can cost more than typical parcel delivery
Building materials often travel on larger vehicles and usually carry fewer drops per run than parcel networks. That is why delivery charges can be higher than standard e-commerce shipping.

Everbuild Plumbers Gold Sealant & Adhesive, supplied in a 290ml cartridge. This advanced hybrid polymer formulation combines high-strength adhesion with flexible, waterproof sealing performance designed for professional plumbing, bathroom, and kitchen applications.
The white variant provides strong, durable adhesion to metals, ceramics, plastics, glass, and common sanitary substrates used in plumbing and bathroom installations. It can be applied to damp surfaces and is capable of curing underwater, providing a reliable bond and seal in active wet environments.
Integrated Mould Shield® technology offers proven long-term resistance against black mould growth for up to five years.
White finish provides a clean, professional joint line ideal for sanitaryware, tiles, and general plumbing applications, supplied in a 290ml volume.

Installation Guidance
- Surface preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, sound, and free from oil, grease, and loose materials. On dusty surfaces, priming with Everbuild PVA Bond diluted 1:4 with water is recommended.
- Application as an adhesive: Apply beads in continuous lines or dabs depending on substrate and weight. For heavy items, provide temporary support until cured.
- Application as a sealant: Follow recommended joint design with depth no greater than half the width. Apply using a standard sealant gun and tool within 15 minutes for a neat finish.
- Mirror fixing: Apply vertical beads 6mm in diameter at 30-40mm centres. Press mirror firmly in place and support for 24-48 hours before sealing edges.
- Cleaning: Remove uncured material with white spirit; cured product should be removed mechanically.
Compliance & Performance
- Material type: STP hybrid polymer-based adhesive and sealant suitable for sanitary and plumbing use.
- Standards compliance: Certified to EN15651-1:2012 for façade, sanitary, interior, exterior, and cold climate applications.
- Mechanical performance: Shore A hardness 40 ± 5; tensile strength >0.8 MPa; elongation at break >150%; movement capability ± 20%.
- Service temperature range: -40°C to +100°C.
- Shelf life: 12 months when stored in original packaging under cool, dry conditions between +5°C and +25°C.
- Important note: Not suitable for potable water systems, structural glazing, bituminous materials, or aquarium use. Adhesion should be tested on plastics before large-scale application. Some yellowing may occur in dark or UV-exposed areas but does not affect performance.
