Product Overview
Everbuild HV Super Glue in a 50g bottle is a high-viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesive designed for precision bonding of plastics, metals, rubber, ceramics, and wood-based materials.
This industrial-grade formula delivers exceptionally strong and rapid bonds, even on uneven or porous surfaces where low-viscosity glues would fail. Its thick consistency allows gap filling up to 0.25mm, ensuring a reliable joint on less-than-perfect substrates.
Formulated as a single-component, 100% solvent-free adhesive, it applies cleanly and sets quickly without mixing, making it suitable for both professional repair and manufacturing tasks.
Once cured, it forms a rigid, durable bond with excellent heat resistance and chemical stability. The 50g size offers an efficient balance of quantity and control for workshop, assembly, and maintenance use.
Features & Benefits
- High Viscosity Formula: Ensures controlled application and superior adhesion to both porous and non-porous substrates.
- Fast Setting: Bonds in seconds, reducing handling time and increasing efficiency in production or repair work.
- Gap Filling Capacity: Fills small imperfections up to 0.25mm for a consistent, secure bond on irregular surfaces.
- Single-Component System: Ready to use straight from the bottle with no mixing or preparation required.
- 100% Solvent-Free Composition: Safe to handle, with reduced environmental impact and no harmful solvent emissions.
- Heat Resistance: Maintains strength up to a softening point of 160°C after curing, suitable for high-temperature conditions.
- Material Compatibility: Bonds effectively to plastics, metals, ceramics, rubber, and MDF without surface priming.
- Product Size – 50g: Provides a convenient quantity for precise applications and repeat professional use.
Applications
- MDF Bonding: Reliable adhesion for furniture, joinery, and wood-based components.
- Rubber Sealing and Repair: Strong bond on soft or rigid rubber in maintenance and assembly tasks.
- Metal Bonding: Suitable for both industrial and domestic metal joints requiring fast, permanent adhesion.
- Plastic Fabrication: Secure on PVCu and general plastics used in rigid frames and housings.
- Ceramic and Composite Repair: Bonds small components or fills micro gaps in brittle materials.
Installation Guidance
- Surface Preparation: Ensure both surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or contaminants.
- Environmental Conditions: Store and apply in a warm environment with at least 50% relative humidity for best cure speed.
- Application Method: Apply adhesive to one surface only, align parts accurately, and press together firmly for around 10 seconds.
- Bond Accuracy: Position carefully before pressing, as setting occurs rapidly once contact is made.
- Curing Advice: Allow full cure before exposing to heat or mechanical stress for optimal strength.
Compliance & Performance
- Adhesive Type: Cyanoacrylate-based high-viscosity industrial adhesive.
- Performance Characteristics: Fast curing, high bond strength, and resistance to heat up to 160°C.
- Chemical Composition: 100% solvent-free, reducing environmental and handling hazards.
- Storage Requirements: Keep sealed and stored in a cool, dry location to preserve shelf life and performance.
- Limitations: Not suitable for constant water immersion, bitumen, or tar-leaching substrates.
- Important Note: Surfaces must be close-fitting; Everbuild HV Super Glue 50g will not bridge large gaps or flexible joints.

How delivery works
We work with a nationwide network of trusted suppliers. Items in your basket may be supplied by different suppliers and delivered separately. Where this applies, you will see delivery charges shown at checkout for each part of your order. We always aim to group products from the same supplier to keep delivery costs as low as possible.
Delivery areas
Delivery charges apply to mainland UK, excluding: AB, CA, CF, DD, DG, EH, EX, FK, KA, KW, KY, IV, LA, LD, LL, ML, NP, PA, PH, PL, SA, SY, TR, TQ and TD.
If your address is in one of these areas, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm any additional costs. We do not currently offer delivery outside the UK mainland.
What to expect on delivery day
- Deliveries are typically kerbside.
- Please ensure someone is on-site to accept delivery. For heavier items, help with offloading may be required.
- Many building materials arrive on large vehicles. If access is restricted, a specialist vehicle such as a HIAB may be required and could incur an additional charge.
Why delivery can cost more than typical parcel delivery
Building materials often travel on larger vehicles and usually carry fewer drops per run than parcel networks. That is why delivery charges can be higher than standard e-commerce shipping.
Returns
Returns depend on what you have bought and whether there is anything wrong with it. For full details on eligibility, timeframes, and exclusions, please see our full policy.
