What to expect on delivery day
- Deliveries are typically kerbside.
- Please ensure someone is on-site to accept delivery. For heavier items, help with offloading may be required.
- Many building materials arrive on large vehicles. If access is restricted, a specialist vehicle such as a HIAB may be required and could incur an additional charge.
Why delivery can cost more than typical parcel delivery
Building materials often travel on larger vehicles and usually carry fewer drops per run than parcel networks. That is why delivery charges can be higher than standard e-commerce shipping.

Everbuild General Purpose Silicone Clear supplied in a 280ml cartridge is a mid-modulus, acetoxy-cure silicone sealant designed for multi-purpose use in household, sanitary, and light industrial sealing tasks.
It provides a permanently flexible, high-strength waterproof joint with excellent adhesion to smooth, non-porous materials such as glass, enamel, ceramics, aluminium, and uPVC. Formulated with a built-in fungicide, it resists the growth of mould and mildew, ensuring long-term cleanliness in high-humidity environments.
Its quick-curing, low-viscosity composition allows fast application and neat tooling for professional-quality results. The clear colour produces a transparent, unobtrusive finish ideal for clean, seamless joints in bathrooms, kitchens, and glazing work.

Installation Guidance
- Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, and old sealant residues.
- Priming: Porous materials may require priming; perform adhesion tests before large-scale use.
- Application Method: Cut the nozzle at a 45° angle, fit to cartridge, and apply with even pressure using a sealant gun.
- Joint Design: Maintain a depth no greater than 50% of the width; use a backer rod where necessary.
- Finishing: Smooth the joint within 15 minutes using a wetted spatula for a clean appearance.
- Cleaning: Remove uncured sealant with white spirit; cured material should be removed with Everbuild Silicone Eater.
