How delivery works
We work with a nationwide network of trusted suppliers. Items in your basket may be supplied by different suppliers and delivered separately. Where this applies, you will see delivery charges shown at checkout for each part of your order. We always aim to group products from the same supplier to keep delivery costs as low as possible.
Delivery areas
Delivery charges apply to mainland UK, excluding: AB, CA, CF, DD, DG, EH, EX, FK, KA, KW, KY, IV, LA, LD, LL, ML, NP, PA, PH, PL, SA, SY, TR, TQ and TD.
If your address is in one of these areas, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm any additional costs. We do not currently offer delivery outside the UK mainland.
What to expect on delivery day
- Deliveries are typically kerbside.
- Please ensure someone is on-site to accept delivery. For heavier items, help with offloading may be required.
- Many building materials arrive on large vehicles. If access is restricted, a specialist vehicle such as a HIAB may be required and could incur an additional charge.
Why delivery can cost more than typical parcel delivery
Building materials often travel on larger vehicles and usually carry fewer drops per run than parcel networks. That is why delivery charges can be higher than standard e-commerce shipping.
Returns
Returns depend on what you have bought and whether there is anything wrong with it. For full details on eligibility, timeframes, and exclusions, please see our full policy.

Product Overview
Everbuild 200 Contractors Silicone in White, supplied in a 295ml cartridge. This acetoxy-cure silicone sealant provides a professional, flexible finish suitable for general sealing and sanitary applications.
Engineered as a mid to low modulus compound, it delivers consistent elasticity and secure adhesion to smooth and non-porous substrates such as glass, metal, ceramics, and PVCu. An integrated anti-fungal additive offers resistance against mould, mildew, and bacterial growth, maintaining a clean appearance in high-humidity environments.
The silicone forms a durable, watertight seal that retains flexibility and surface integrity under temperature fluctuations from -30°C to +150°C.
White formulation provides a clean, uniform joint line suited to sanitaryware and light surface finishes, supplied in a 295ml volume.
Features & Benefits
- Acetoxy cure formulation: Provides rapid curing and secure adhesion to smooth, non-porous surfaces including glass, enamel, and metal.
- Anti-fungal protection: Resists the growth of black mould and mildew in humid or wet areas, maintaining hygienic surface conditions.
- Mid to low modulus elasticity: Allows joint movement up to ±12.5% without loss of adhesion or cracking.
- Temperature resilience: Performs reliably across service temperatures from -30°C to +150°C, suitable for both interior and exterior use.
- Fast application: Low viscosity for easy gunning and smooth tooling, curing at approximately 2mm per 24 hours.
- Durable sealing performance: Permanent flexibility and long-term weather resistance for continuous joint protection.
- White 295ml size: Provides approximately 12 linear metres of a 7mm x 7mm fillet joint coverage, ideal for clean sanitary joints and white surface sealing.
Applications
- Sanitary sealing: Around baths, showers, basins, and other wet area fittings to prevent water ingress and mould formation.
- Worktops and laminates: For sealing joints and edges in kitchens and work surfaces where flexibility and hygiene are required.
- Metal and aluminium joints: For sealing gutters, trims, and profiles exposed to moisture or temperature changes.
- PVCu components: Suitable for bonding and sealing trims, panels, and cladding where a clear, strong seal is desired.
- Frame pointing and draughtproofing: For sealing around doors, windows, and joinery components to prevent air leakage.
Installation Guidance
- Surface preparation: Ensure all substrates are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or old sealant residues. Use a backer rod or foam filler to control joint depth if required.
- Cartridge preparation: Cut the cartridge tip, fit the nozzle, and trim at a 45° angle to match joint width.
- Application method: Apply with a standard sealant gun, maintaining even pressure for a continuous, uniform bead.
- Tooling: Smooth the surface within 15 minutes using a wetted spatula or tool to ensure proper adhesion and finish.
- Cleaning: Remove uncured sealant with white spirit. Once cured, remove using Everbuild Silicone Eater.
Compliance & Performance
- Material type: Acetoxy-cure silicone with mid to low modulus flexibility.
- Standards compliance: Certified under EN15651 for façade and sanitary applications in accordance with Construction Product Regulations.
- Mechanical performance: Shore A hardness 15–25; tensile modulus 0.2MPa at 60% elongation; elongation at break >200%.
- Service temperature range: -30°C to +150°C continuous exposure.
- Shelf life: 24 months when stored in cool, dry conditions between +5°C and +25°C.
- Important note: Not suitable for use on bituminous materials, new concrete, or soft metals such as lead and brass. Not paintable and unsuitable for aquarium use. Always test adhesion on uPVC before full application.
