Product Overview

30mm Panel Trim in Dark Brown finish with a 5m length.

PVC-U finishing profile designed to provide a neat edge and weather-resistant seal along the perimeter of 30mm cladding panels or boards. Creates a clean termination line, conceals cut edges, and protects against moisture ingress in vertical and horizontal applications.

Manufactured from rigid, UV-stabilised PVC-U for long-term colour retention, dimensional stability, and resistance to impact or surface degradation.

Lightweight and easy to cut on site, the profile maintains alignment across long runs and ensures consistent edge definition.

Features & Benefits

  • Durable PVC-U construction: Non-corrosive, rigid material resists cracking, warping and fading under UV exposure.
  • Clean finishing detail: Conceals open edges of cladding panels for a professional, uniform appearance.
  • Weather protection: Seals and shields board edges against moisture penetration.
  • Low maintenance: Smooth PVC-U surface requires no painting and is easy to wipe clean.
  • Ease of handling: Lightweight profile cuts cleanly with standard tools for accurate alignment.

Applications

  • Panel perimeter finishing: Provides a neat edge to 30mm cladding panels at terminations or reveals.
  • Façade and soffit systems: Completes junctions at the outermost edges of boards.
  • Window and door reveals: Offers a defined trim line around openings and projections.
  • Refurbishment and replacements: Ideal for upgrading or replacing aged trims in existing systems.

Installation Guidance

  • Preparation: Ensure cladding boards are clean, dry and cut accurately before fitting the trim.
  • Cutting: Profile can be sawn or mitred to match required lengths and corner angles.
  • Fitting: Slide panel edges fully into the trim channel and fix using compatible adhesive or mechanical fixings.
  • Sealing: Apply approved sealant where required to maintain full weather protection.
  • Finishing: Remove protective film and clean with mild detergent to retain surface appearance.

Compliance & Performance

  • Material specification: Extruded unplasticised PVC-U, UV-stabilised and impact-modified for external use.
  • Weather resistance: Impervious to rot, corrosion and moisture absorption in standard building exposures.
  • Thermal stability: Service temperature range -15 °C to +60 °C without deformation.
  • Maintenance requirements: Periodic cleaning only; repainting not required.
  • Recyclability: Fully recyclable PVC-U manufactured under controlled, sustainable processes.
  • Important note: Confirm compatibility with adjoining cladding boards, adhesives and sealants to ensure system performance.

How delivery works

We work with a nationwide network of trusted suppliers. Items in your basket may be supplied by different suppliers and delivered separately. Where this applies, you will see delivery charges shown at checkout for each part of your order. We always aim to group products from the same supplier to keep delivery costs as low as possible.

Delivery areas

Delivery charges apply to mainland UK, excluding: AB, CA, CF, DD, DG, EH, EX, FK, KA, KW, KY, IV, LA, LD, LL, ML, NP, PA, PH, PL, SA, SY, TR, TQ and TD.

If your address is in one of these areas, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm any additional costs. We do not currently offer delivery outside the UK mainland.

What to expect on delivery day

  • Deliveries are typically kerbside.
  • Please ensure someone is on-site to accept delivery. For heavier items, help with offloading may be required.
  • Many building materials arrive on large vehicles. If access is restricted, a specialist vehicle such as a HIAB may be required and could incur an additional charge.

Why delivery can cost more than typical parcel delivery

Building materials often travel on larger vehicles and usually carry fewer drops per run than parcel networks. That is why delivery charges can be higher than standard e-commerce shipping.

Returns

Returns depend on what you have bought and whether there is anything wrong with it. For full details on eligibility, timeframes, and exclusions, please see our full policy.
