Thanks for your patience in waiting for a response to your question. To achieve a total height of 3m you would need 27 boards. Please makes sure to consider also the width of the area you are cladding as well in order to work out a total meterage required. We also recommend that you allow some wastage to cover cuts and potential damage. This is particularly important if you are fixing the cladding to vertical studs, as the lengths of cladding will need to be cut so as to start and finish on the studs. We hope this assists, and wish you the best with your project.

Product Overview
Tongue and groove loglap cladding, measuring 25mm x 125mm nominal (finished size 20mm x 117mm), supplied by the metre in random lengths between 2.1m and 5.1m. Designed for external applications, this cladding combines the visual character of rounded log panelling with the strength and weather protection of tongue-and-groove construction.
The loglap profile features a curved convex face, producing the appearance of solid log cladding. Combined with a precision-machined tongue-and-groove joint, the boards interlock securely to provide a weather-resistant seal, protecting buildings against wind and rain.
Manufactured from pressure-treated softwood, the timber is safeguarded against decay, moisture ingress, and insect attack. The 117mm finished width provides efficient coverage, making it suitable for larger garden buildings, cabins, and feature walls.

How delivery works
We work with a nationwide network of trusted suppliers. Items in your basket may be supplied by different suppliers and delivered separately. Where this applies, you will see delivery charges shown at checkout for each part of your order. We always aim to group products from the same supplier to keep delivery costs as low as possible.
Delivery areas
Delivery charges apply to mainland UK, excluding: AB, CA, CF, DD, DG, EH, EX, FK, KA, KW, KY, IV, LA, LD, LL, ML, NP, PA, PH, PL, SA, SY, TR, TQ and TD.
If your address is in one of these areas, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm any additional costs. We do not currently offer delivery outside the UK mainland.
What to expect on delivery day
- Deliveries are typically kerbside.
- Please ensure someone is on-site to accept delivery. For heavier items, help with offloading may be required.
- Many building materials arrive on large vehicles. If access is restricted, a specialist vehicle such as a HIAB may be required and could incur an additional charge.
Why delivery can cost more than typical parcel delivery
Building materials often travel on larger vehicles and usually carry fewer drops per run than parcel networks. That is why delivery charges can be higher than standard e-commerce shipping.
Returns
Returns depend on what you have bought and whether there is anything wrong with it. For full details on eligibility, timeframes, and exclusions, please see our full policy.

Questions and Answers
How many boards are needed to cover 3m in hight.
What length is this
This product is not sold in standard lengths. Rather, due to the machining process, it is produced in varying lengths and priced and supplied by the metre. We would recommend working out the total linear meterage required for the project, and applying a suitable wastage factor for cuts.
Is the product pressure treated?
T&G Loglap cladding boards are pressure treated, usually with a tanalith or similar preservative to protect against rot, fungi, and insects.
