Product Overview

110mm Low Back P Trap Gully manufactured from durable uPVC to BS EN 1401-1, designed for underground use to collect surface water and discharge it into underground drainage while preventing foul odours from escaping.

The gully incorporates an integral P trap water seal, which maintains a standing water barrier inside the fitting. This prevents gases from the underground drainage system from venting back into the property or outdoor spaces.

Supplied with a 90° low back outlet, it is designed for installations where the outlet pipe must run directly out at a right angle, making it particularly effective for positioning against walls or in confined spaces with limited room for pipework adjustment.

Features & Benefits

  • Odour prevention: Integral P trap water seal stops foul gases from escaping into the environment.
  • uPVC construction: Durable, lightweight, and resistant to corrosion, rot, and ground chemicals.
  • Push-fit socket: Accepts plain-ended 110mm pipework securely without additional couplers.
  • Surface water collection: Designed for downpipes, yard drains, and paved area outlets.
  • Low maintenance: Accessible design makes inspection and cleaning straightforward.
  • 90° low back outlet: Allows pipe runs to exit at right angles, saving space near walls.

Applications

  • Downpipe connections: Links roof rainwater downpipes to underground drains.
  • Odour control: Maintains a water trap to prevent foul smells from escaping.
  • Tight installations: Ideal for locations where the outlet must run at 90° in limited space.
  • Paved or yard drainage: Connects open surface gullies or paved channels to the system.

Installation Guidance

  • Preparation: Excavate and bed the gully on compacted granular material.
  • Connection: Insert plain-ended pipe into the push-fit socket until fully seated.
  • Sealing: Ensure the integral trap contains water to maintain the seal.
  • Backfilling: Surround with suitable granular fill before final backfill.
  • Access: Ensure the gully remains accessible for cleaning and maintenance.

Compliance & Performance

  • Standard: BS EN 1401-1.
  • Size: 110mm diameter, 90° outlet.
  • Type: Low back P trap gully.
  • Material: uPVC.
  • Applications: Underground foul and surface water drainage.
  • Performance: Provides reliable water seal against odours.
  • Durability: Resistant to corrosion, chemicals, and long-term ground conditions.

How delivery works

We work with a nationwide network of trusted suppliers. Items in your basket may be supplied by different suppliers and delivered separately. Where this applies, you will see delivery charges shown at checkout for each part of your order. We always aim to group products from the same supplier to keep delivery costs as low as possible.

Delivery areas

Delivery charges apply to mainland UK, excluding: AB, CA, CF, DD, DG, EH, EX, FK, KA, KW, KY, IV, LA, LD, LL, ML, NP, PA, PH, PL, SA, SY, TR, TQ and TD.

If your address is in one of these areas, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm any additional costs. We do not currently offer delivery outside the UK mainland.

What to expect on delivery day

  • Deliveries are typically kerbside.
  • Please ensure someone is on-site to accept delivery. For heavier items, help with offloading may be required.
  • Many building materials arrive on large vehicles. If access is restricted, a specialist vehicle such as a HIAB may be required and could incur an additional charge.

Why delivery can cost more than typical parcel delivery

Building materials often travel on larger vehicles and usually carry fewer drops per run than parcel networks. That is why delivery charges can be higher than standard e-commerce shipping.

Returns

Returns depend on what you have bought and whether there is anything wrong with it. For full details on eligibility, timeframes, and exclusions, please see our full policy.
