Product Overview
110mm Underground Drainage Rest Bend manufactured from uPVC, compliant with BS EN 1401-1 for use in foul and surface water systems.
Its uPVC construction provides strength, durability, and long-term resistance to corrosion and chemical attack.
This bend is designed as a rest bend, specifically used at the base of soil stacks to provide a smooth transition from vertical to horizontal drainage.
It features push-fit sockets at both ends, allowing secure and watertight connections to plain-ended pipes.
Supplied as an 87.5° rest bend, it is typically installed at low level, near foundations or beneath floors, to minimise blockages and reduce flow resistance.
Features & Benefits
- Heavy-duty uPVC construction: Provides strength and long service life in buried conditions.
- Rest bend design: Shaped to guide waste smoothly from vertical stacks into horizontal runs, reducing turbulence and blockages.
- Secure push-fit sockets: Connects two plain-ended pipes without separate couplers.
- Chemical and corrosion resistance: Withstands foul effluent and aggressive ground conditions.
- Watertight seal: Integrated seals prevent leakage under load.
- Ease of installation: Lightweight and quick to fit, requiring no specialist tools.
- 87.5° bend: Provides a controlled right-angle change of direction.
- Double socket connection: Joins two plain-ended pipes directly.
Applications
- Soil stack bases: Connects vertical stacks to horizontal drainage at low level.
- Foundation level installations: Used near building foundations where drainage exits to external pipe runs.
- Below-floor drainage: Provides smooth directional change under suspended floors or slabs.
- Foul water systems: Suitable for carrying soil and waste water underground.
- Surface water drainage: Can also be used for rainwater or stormwater layouts.
Installation Guidance
- Preparation: Cut plain-ended pipes square, chamfer edges, and clean thoroughly.
- Jointing: Insert pipes into sockets until fully seated against integrated seals.
- Seal protection: Avoid damage to rubber rings during assembly.
- Bedding: Place fitting on a granular base to ensure support.
- Backfilling: Surround with compacted granular material before completing backfill.
Compliance & Performance
- Standard: Manufactured to BS EN 1401-1.
- Size: 110mm diameter, 87.5° angle.
- Type: Rest bend, double socket.
- Material: Unplasticised PVC (uPVC).
- Applications: Underground foul and surface water systems.
- Durability: Resistant to corrosion, chemicals, and long-term ground exposure.

How delivery works
We work with a nationwide network of trusted suppliers. Items in your basket may be supplied by different suppliers and delivered separately. Where this applies, you will see delivery charges shown at checkout for each part of your order. We always aim to group products from the same supplier to keep delivery costs as low as possible.
Delivery areas
Delivery charges apply to mainland UK, excluding: AB, CA, CF, DD, DG, EH, EX, FK, KA, KW, KY, IV, LA, LD, LL, ML, NP, PA, PH, PL, SA, SY, TR, TQ and TD.
If your address is in one of these areas, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm any additional costs. We do not currently offer delivery outside the UK mainland.
What to expect on delivery day
- Deliveries are typically kerbside.
- Please ensure someone is on-site to accept delivery. For heavier items, help with offloading may be required.
- Many building materials arrive on large vehicles. If access is restricted, a specialist vehicle such as a HIAB may be required and could incur an additional charge.
Why delivery can cost more than typical parcel delivery
Building materials often travel on larger vehicles and usually carry fewer drops per run than parcel networks. That is why delivery charges can be higher than standard e-commerce shipping.
Returns
Returns depend on what you have bought and whether there is anything wrong with it. For full details on eligibility, timeframes, and exclusions, please see our full policy.
