What to expect on delivery day

Many building materials arrive on large vehicles. If access is restricted, a specialist vehicle such as a HIAB may be required and could incur an additional charge.
Why delivery can cost more than typical parcel delivery
Building materials often travel on larger vehicles and usually carry fewer drops per run than parcel networks. That is why delivery charges can be higher than standard e-commerce shipping.

Can 100mm Thermalite 3.6n blocks be used below DPC?
Yes, Thermalite Shield blocks are specifically designed for use below the damp-proof course (DPC) because they have a closed-cell structure that resists moisture penetration. They are often used in foundations to improve the thermal performance of the floor junction.
What is the difference between aircrete and dense blocks?
The main difference is weight and insulation. Aircrete has better thermal insulation, and concrete blocks are stronger and better at blocking sound.
Are aircrete blocks load bearing?
