Soudal PU Foam Remover is a gel-based product formulated to remove cured polyurethane foam from non-porous surfaces like plastics, metals, and PVC. It works efficiently without emitting any odour and is free from aromatic hydrocarbons, ensuring a safer, user-friendly experience.
The product's active ingredients are water-soluble solvents, allowing it to break down cured foam for easy removal.
Where is Soudal PU Foam Remover Used?
This foam remover is perfect for use on non-porous surfaces where cured PU foam needs to be cleaned off. It can be applied to surfaces such as:
- Plastics
- Metals
- PVC
It is not suitable for use on porous surfaces, as it may cause staining. Additionally, it should not be used on untreated copper, brass, zinc, acrylic paint, or PMMA (plexiglass). To ensure compatibility, always test on an inconspicuous area of the substrate before full application.

How to Apply Soudal PU Foam Remover

- Removal: Scrape off the dissolved foam with the provided spatula, and wipe the surface with a dry cloth.
- Repeat if Necessary: For stubborn areas, reapply the remover and repeat the process.
- Cleaning: After removing the foam, clean the surface with a damp cloth.
