What is Keystone S/K-90 Cavity Wall Lintel 2400mm?
Keystone S/K-90 Cavity Wall Lintel 2400mm is a high-strength, load-bearing structural element designed to support cavity walls around door and window openings. It is specifically engineered to transfer the weight of the masonry above the opening to the vertical supports below, ensuring the overall stability and safety of the completed wall.
Manufactured from premium pre-galvanised mild steel, the Keystone S/K-90 lintel is built to withstand the rigours of modern construction while providing excellent resistance to corrosion. A key feature of the Keystone S/K-90 lintel is its CFC-free polystyrene core, which not only reinforces its structural integrity but also improves the thermal performance of the wall. This core reduces thermal bridging at critical points around openings, helping to achieve higher energy efficiency levels in the building envelope.
Engineered to accommodate cavity widths between 90mm and 105mm, the Keystone S/K-90 lintel is ideal for a wide range of cavity wall applications. Its robust design ensures even load distribution, which is crucial for maintaining structural stability and preventing stress concentrations. The lintel is also fire-rated for one hour according to BS 476-20:1987, contributing to enhanced fire safety within the building.
Where is Keystone S/K-90 2400mm Used?
- Cavity Wall Construction: Bridges openings in cavity walls, typically above windows and doors.
- Load-Bearing Support: Provides structural support for the masonry above the openings.
- Cavity Widths of 90-105mm: Perfect for cavity walls of this specific width range.

How delivery works
We work with a nationwide network of trusted suppliers. Items in your basket may be supplied by different suppliers and delivered separately. Where this applies, you will see delivery charges shown at checkout for each part of your order. We always aim to group products from the same supplier to keep delivery costs as low as possible.
Delivery areas
Delivery charges apply to mainland UK, excluding: AB, CA, CF, DD, DG, EH, EX, FK, KA, KW, KY, IV, LA, LD, LL, ML, NP, PA, PH, PL, SA, SY, TR, TQ and TD.
If your address is in one of these areas, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm any additional costs. We do not currently offer delivery outside the UK mainland.
What to expect on delivery day
- Deliveries are typically kerbside.
- Please ensure someone is on-site to accept delivery. For heavier items, help with offloading may be required.
- Many building materials arrive on large vehicles. If access is restricted, a specialist vehicle such as a HIAB may be required and could incur an additional charge.
Why delivery can cost more than typical parcel delivery
Building materials often travel on larger vehicles and usually carry fewer drops per run than parcel networks. That is why delivery charges can be higher than standard e-commerce shipping.
Returns
Returns depend on what you have bought and whether there is anything wrong with it. For full details on eligibility, timeframes, and exclusions, please see our full policy.
