Product Overview
Actis Isodhesif Tape with a 100mm width and 25m length is a high-adhesion sealing tape designed for creating continuous airtight and windtight joints within Actis hybrid insulation systems. Its reinforced adhesive layer provides durable bonding across membranes, boards, and junctions to maintain consistent building envelope performance.
The tape forms secure seals over overlaps, penetrations, and perimeter interfaces, supporting long-term protection against uncontrolled air movement and moisture ingress.
Its flexible structure adapts to irregular surfaces and complex detailing, ensuring accurate installation along edges, corners, and service routes.
Suitable for both refurbishment and new build applications, it integrates effectively with reflective membranes, vapour control layers, and insulation panels to achieve reliable airtightness levels.
The robust construction supports consistent adhesion throughout the service life of the envelope, contributing to stable thermal and moisture behaviour in roof and wall assemblies.
Features & Benefits
- High-adhesion bond: Provides strong, durable sealing of membrane joints to support long-term airtightness and moisture protection.
- Flexible application: Conforms effectively to corners, edges, and uneven surfaces for continuous and accurate detailing.
- Airtight continuity: Helps to maintain uninterrupted airtight layers in hybrid insulation systems for predictable thermal performance.
- Moisture resistance: Forms a reliable barrier against moisture ingress at overlaps and junctions.
- Durable construction: Offers stable adhesion over time to support consistent building envelope performance.
- Versatile compatibility: Suitable for Actis membranes, vapour control layers, insulation panels, and common substrates.
Applications
- Membrane joints: Seals overlaps on reflective and breathable membranes to maintain airtight and windtight performance.
- Perimeter sealing: Creates continuous boundary seals around openings, edges, and junctions.
- Insulation interfaces: Enhances airtightness at connections between panels, membranes, and structural elements.
Installation Guidance
- Surface preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust before applying the tape.
- Tape placement: Position the tape centrally over joints or penetrations to ensure full coverage.
- Pressure application: Press the tape firmly along its length to activate the adhesive and achieve continuous bonding.
- Temperature consideration: Apply within recommended temperature ranges to maintain optimal adhesion.
- Edge finishing: Trim excess tape cleanly to maintain neat detailing and continuous airtight layers.
Compliance & Performance
- Material specification: Manufactured as a reinforced adhesive tape designed for airtight and moisture-resistant sealing.
- Airtightness behaviour: Supports the formation of continuous airtight layers in hybrid insulation and membrane systems.
- Moisture protection: Provides effective resistance to moisture ingress at critical junctions.
- Important note: Apply only to clean, dry substrates and follow manufacturer guidance to maintain declared adhesion and sealing performance.

How delivery works
We work with a nationwide network of trusted suppliers. Items in your basket may be supplied by different suppliers and delivered separately. Where this applies, you will see delivery charges shown at checkout for each part of your order. We always aim to group products from the same supplier to keep delivery costs as low as possible.
Delivery areas
Delivery charges apply to mainland UK, excluding: AB, CA, CF, DD, DG, EH, EX, FK, KA, KW, KY, IV, LA, LD, LL, ML, NP, PA, PH, PL, SA, SY, TR, TQ and TD.
If your address is in one of these areas, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm any additional costs. We do not currently offer delivery outside the UK mainland.
What to expect on delivery day
- Deliveries are typically kerbside.
- Please ensure someone is on-site to accept delivery. For heavier items, help with offloading may be required.
- Many building materials arrive on large vehicles. If access is restricted, a specialist vehicle such as a HIAB may be required and could incur an additional charge.
Why delivery can cost more than typical parcel delivery
Building materials often travel on larger vehicles and usually carry fewer drops per run than parcel networks. That is why delivery charges can be higher than standard e-commerce shipping.
Returns
Returns depend on what you have bought and whether there is anything wrong with it. For full details on eligibility, timeframes, and exclusions, please see our full policy.
