Product Overview
Fermacell Jointstick Greenline supplied in a 310ml cartridge. This ready-to-use, moisture cross-linked polyurethane adhesive is formulated for bonding square-edged Fermacell Gypsum Fibreboards and Fermacell Powerpanel H2O boards in wall and ceiling systems.
The adhesive applies as a stable, non-foaming paste that cures to a tough-elastic bond, ensuring durable, crack-free joints. Designed for clean and efficient application, it is free from isocyanates, silicones, and solvents, providing a safe, low-emission installation solution.
The precision applicator nozzle delivers a consistent bead directly into the joint for controlled and reliable adhesion.
Features & Benefits
- Purpose-designed adhesive: Developed specifically for jointing square-edged Fermacell boards in walls and ceilings.
- Clean and safe composition: Hazard label-free and emission-tested by eco-Institut Cologne.
- Solvent-free formula: Contains no isocyanates, plasticisers, silicone, or solvents for improved indoor safety.
- Non-foaming reaction: Remains stable during curing, ensuring a smooth, void-free joint line.
- High joint strength: Produces strong, durable connections, even for unsupported horizontal joints.
- Crack-resistant: Cures to a tough-elastic bond that maintains joint integrity under movement.
- Easy to use: Bonds and fills joints simultaneously with an applicator nozzle that dispenses adhesive centrally.
- Cartridge size and colour: 310ml cartridge; light green adhesive for visible application control.
Applications
- Gypsum fibreboard jointing: For square-edged Fermacell boards on wall and ceiling systems.
- Powerpanel H2O installations: Suitable for high-humidity areas classified as exposure class A0.
- Interior construction: Used in both residential and commercial drylining systems.
- Board joint sealing: Provides structural bonding and joint integrity in place of joint filler systems.
Installation Guidance
- Preparation: Ensure board edges are clean, dry, and free from dust or contamination.
- Application: Apply adhesive bead centrally along one board edge using the supplied nozzle.
- Fitting: Press adjoining board firmly into place; adhesive should slightly extrude from the joint.
- Temperature range: Apply at room and substrate temperatures ≥ +5°C; adhesive temperature +10°C to +35°C.
- Drying time: Approx. 18 to 36 hours at +15°C to +25°C, depending on humidity and ventilation.
- Cleaning: Remove excess adhesive immediately before curing with a clean cloth.
Compliance & Performance
- Adhesive type: Moisture cross-linked polyurethane-based, single-component paste.
- Colour: Light green for easy visibility during application.

How delivery works
We work with a nationwide network of trusted suppliers. Items in your basket may be supplied by different suppliers and delivered separately. Where this applies, you will see delivery charges shown at checkout for each part of your order. We always aim to group products from the same supplier to keep delivery costs as low as possible.
Delivery areas
Delivery charges apply to mainland UK, excluding: AB, CA, CF, DD, DG, EH, EX, FK, KA, KW, KY, IV, LA, LD, LL, ML, NP, PA, PH, PL, SA, SY, TR, TQ and TD.
If your address is in one of these areas, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm any additional costs. We do not currently offer delivery outside the UK mainland.
What to expect on delivery day
- Deliveries are typically kerbside.
- Please ensure someone is on-site to accept delivery. For heavier items, help with offloading may be required.
- Many building materials arrive on large vehicles. If access is restricted, a specialist vehicle such as a HIAB may be required and could incur an additional charge.
Why delivery can cost more than typical parcel delivery
Building materials often travel on larger vehicles and usually carry fewer drops per run than parcel networks. That is why delivery charges can be higher than standard e-commerce shipping.
Returns
Returns depend on what you have bought and whether there is anything wrong with it. For full details on eligibility, timeframes, and exclusions, please see our full policy.
