What to expect on delivery day
- Deliveries are typically kerbside.
- Please ensure someone is on-site to accept delivery. For heavier items, help with offloading may be required.
- Many building materials arrive on large vehicles. If access is restricted, a specialist vehicle such as a HIAB may be required and could incur an additional charge.
Why delivery can cost more than typical parcel delivery
Building materials often travel on larger vehicles and usually carry fewer drops per run than parcel networks. That is why delivery charges can be higher than standard e-commerce shipping.

Formulated for professional application, it cures to a long-lasting, permanently flexible joint that accommodates building movement and can be overpainted once fully set. The white colour provides a clean, neutral finish ideal for PVCu, painted timber, or light-coloured frames, blending seamlessly with surrounding surfaces.
Suitable for both decorative and protective sealing, it adheres well to common construction materials including wood, PVCu, brickwork, stone, and concrete. The 290ml capacity offers efficient coverage for detailed frame and façade sealing work.

Installation Guidance
- Surface preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, sound, and free from loose materials or old sealant.
- Priming porous substrates: Prime highly absorbent surfaces such as new plaster with diluted Everbuild PVA Bond (1:4 with water).
- Application: Cut cartridge tip and nozzle to suit joint width, apply with a standard sealant gun using steady, even pressure.
- Finishing: Tool the sealant within 20 minutes using a wetted spatula or gloved finger for a smooth finish.
- Curing: Allow 3-5 days for full cure, depending on joint depth and ambient conditions.
- Cleaning: Remove excess material immediately with a damp sponge and warm water.

- Chemical base: Acrylic formulation with a solid content of approximately 83%.
- Density: 1.6–1.7 g/cm³ for consistent extrusion and surface stability.
- Hardness and movement: Shore A hardness of approximately 30; movement capability ±12.5% (EN15651-1).
- Temperature range: Serviceable between -15°C and +75°C.
- Paint compatibility: May be overpainted once surface skin has formed; use flexible coatings for best results.
- Storage and shelf life: 36 months when stored cool, dry, and protected from frost.
- Important note: Not suitable for use with bituminous materials or when external rain exposure is imminent; avoid use externally around PVCu - use Everbuild Silicone 450 or Puraflex 25 for those applications.
