Installation Guidance

• Surface Preparation: Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from grease, dust, or contaminants.
• Priming: Apply a suitable PVA or contact adhesive primer to friable or highly absorbent surfaces before bonding.
• Nozzle Preparation: Cut the nozzle tip at a 45° angle and pierce the internal seal prior to use.
• Application Method: Use a standard sealant gun, applying a continuous 6mm zigzag bead for even adhesive distribution.
• Direct Bonding: Press components firmly into place and maintain even pressure; provide support for heavy items if necessary.
• Double Stick Method: For enhanced adhesion, press surfaces together briefly, separate for 5 minutes, then reposition for final bonding.
• Curing: Allow the adhesive to cure for 24-48 hours before subjecting to load or traffic.
