Product Overview

Everbuild Fix & Fill Expanding Foam Hand Held 750ml is a quick-setting, one-part polyurethane foam for filling gaps around door and window frames, pipe entries and irregular joints. The attachable nozzle allows direct hand-held application without a separate foam gun.

Everbuild states a yield of 30–45 litres from a 750ml can, with actual results depending on application conditions. The foam expands after application, so cavities should only be partially filled.

• Insulation: Filling cavities behind cladding, soffits, and barge boards to reduce heat loss.

Installation Guidance

• Surface Preparation: Ensure all surfaces are clean, sound, and lightly moistened with water to promote curing.
• Can Preparation: Shake the can vigorously around 20 times before use and attach the nozzle carefully without overtightening.
• Application Position: Always apply with the can held upside down for proper foam delivery.
• Filling Technique: Part-fill cavities, leaving room for the foam to expand. Follow the manufacturer’s filling instructions rather than filling the entire gap with uncured foam.
• Cleaning: Remove excess uncured foam immediately using Everbuild Foam Cleaner; cured foam must be cut away or removed mechanically.
• Support During Curing: When fixing door or window frames, use temporary supports until the foam has fully cured.

• Expansion Volume: Approximately 41 litres per 750ml can under standard conditions.
• Cell Structure: Medium-fine.
• Fire Classification: Building Material Class B3 in accordance with DIN standards.
• Shelf Life: 15 months in the original containers when stored at the recommended temperatures.
• Storage Conditions: Store upright between +5°C and +25°C, protected from sunlight. Do not expose the can to temperatures above +50°C. Higher storage temperatures can shorten shelf life.
• Safety Guidance: Always wear protective gloves and eye protection during use. Clean nozzle and valve tip immediately after use.
• Important Note: Do not pierce or burn the container, even after use. Store and transport upright, away from heat sources and open flames.
