What is Easy-Trim Easy Tray Premium (1.5m)?
The Easy-Trim Easy Tray Premium (1.5m) is an innovative, high-quality roofing accessory designed to support and protect felt and roofing underlay. Made from durable, recycled PVC, this 1.5-metre-long support tray ensures that roofing materials, particularly underlay, do not drape into the gutter, a common issue that can lead to water ponding and the deterioration of roof materials.
Beyond its structural support, this product also reduces maintenance requirements at the eaves level. By preventing water ponding behind fascia boards and the subsequent buildup of debris and organic material, it mitigates the risk of mould, mildew, and rot, which can lead to significant maintenance costs and structural repairs. Over time, this reduction in maintenance not only saves roofers and property owners money but also contributes to the long-term durability and performance of the entire roofing system.
Applications
- New Builds: Ideal for use in new construction projects, this support tray ensures that the roof's underlay remains in place, properly supported, and free from sagging that could lead to long-term water damage.
- Re-Roofing Projects: Perfect for upgrading older roofs, offering an easy and effective way to prevent underlay deterioration and enhance the overall performance of the roof.
- All Roof Pitches: Whether the roofing project involves a steep or shallow pitch, this tray is designed to accommodate all types, making it a flexible solution.
- Residential and Commercial Properties: From homes to large-scale commercial buildings, the Easy Tray Premium provides reliable support for roofing underlays, making it a trusted option across various building types.
Benefits
- Prevents Gutter Drape: The primary benefit of the Easy Tray Premium is its ability to prevent roof underlay from sagging into the gutter. This not only improves the aesthetic appearance of the roof but also prevents issues that can lead to more significant problems over time.
- Reduces Maintenance: By preventing water ponding behind fascias and the rotting of underlay in the gutter, it significantly reduces the need for maintenance at the eaves level. This means fewer repairs and less frequent inspection is needed, saving both time and money.
- Protection Against UV Degradation: The tray also protects the roofing underlay from harmful UV rays, which can cause materials to break down and degrade over time. This added layer of protection extends the lifespan of the underlay and helps maintain the roof’s integrity.
- Durable and Long-Lasting: Crafted from high-quality recycled PVC, it is built to last. It is resistant to cracking and decay, even in harsh weather conditions, ensuring that it continues to perform effectively for many years.
- Easy Installation: It is lightweight and easy to cut to size, which makes it convenient to install and ensures a quick and hassle-free fitting process.
- Environmentally Friendly: Made from recycled PVC, the Easy Tray Premium is an environmentally conscious choice for roofing professionals, helping to reduce waste and support sustainability in construction.

How delivery works
We work with a nationwide network of trusted suppliers. Items in your basket may be supplied by different suppliers and delivered separately. Where this applies, you will see delivery charges shown at checkout for each part of your order. We always aim to group products from the same supplier to keep delivery costs as low as possible.
Delivery areas
Delivery charges apply to mainland UK, excluding: AB, CA, CF, DD, DG, EH, EX, FK, KA, KW, KY, IV, LA, LD, LL, ML, NP, PA, PH, PL, SA, SY, TR, TQ and TD.
If your address is in one of these areas, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm any additional costs. We do not currently offer delivery outside the UK mainland.
What to expect on delivery day
- Deliveries are typically kerbside.
- Please ensure someone is on-site to accept delivery. For heavier items, help with offloading may be required.
- Many building materials arrive on large vehicles. If access is restricted, a specialist vehicle such as a HIAB may be required and could incur an additional charge.
Why delivery can cost more than typical parcel delivery
Building materials often travel on larger vehicles and usually carry fewer drops per run than parcel networks. That is why delivery charges can be higher than standard e-commerce shipping.
Returns
Returns depend on what you have bought and whether there is anything wrong with it. For full details on eligibility, timeframes, and exclusions, please see our full policy.
